Appartments 15, 31, 33 and 36 do not exist yet as those spaces are nowadays "casco", they will be built as soon as possible and they need a stimated 100k€ renovation depending on buyers needs.

A provision for common works on the building shall be done at the signing of the buying. This provision is calculated based on appartments' square meters.
